What the other person posted is true, except I do not feel or believe that you cannot do them yourself as she says. It is easy, and once you start through trial and error you will get the hang of it as they say. We do them while we are watvching television at night,one person lays on the couch while the other hold the candles, and then we trade positions. Takes about 10 minutes a candle. Most candles are sold with instructions, so you should not be afraid.
