Guest guest
Excellent questions, Erin!! I just remember it's produced by us being stressed and is a factor in storing fat around the abdomen. I've got some books and will see if they say anything else. - Anna > > > Does anyone have information on Cortisol and the way it affects the mind? Imbalance signs? The patterns of it? I know the lowest is usually around 4 pm. I have tried to do research on it muself but can never come up with much at all. Any info anyone has already stored would be a GREAT HELP!!! Thanks so much > > Erin

Guest guest
Cortisol is a stress hormone, so the best way to reduce it is to reduce stress. If you want to reduce it naturally, work on relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation, stretching exercises, getting a massage, listening to calming music, anything that helps relax you will help drop your cortisone level.
