The preferred time would be during the consumption of sugar,

although cinnamon does so many things in the body, there never is a

bad time to eat or use cinnamon. It is an aromatic and a carminitive

which aids in the digestive process.I only mentioned carob because

it helps more with the withdrawls, but yes, very good!! Cinnamon

would definitely be wonderful for her. Since you brought it up, I

eat cinnamon daily. I have soaked grains for breakfast, generally

oats, and I put cinnamon and ground flax seed on top. Hey did you

know that cinnamon oil has a substance in it that kills head lice.

Peppermint, nutmeg and tea tree oils all do the same thing, natural

cures for head lice, if anybody ever encounters that problem. Thank

you Misty
