One simple suggestion. It is possible that having too

high or too low of cerebral spinal fluid pressure may

cause vertigo/pressure sensation in the head/tinnitus.

If that is what is causing it a simple solution

(which is rather benign and won't cause problems for

you if it is not the problem) is to simply lightly tap

on the mastoid processes (bony prominences behind the

ears) bilaterally a few times, which should help

adjust the cerebrospinal fluid pressure to normal.

I have to say that is a relief, just to know what this finally is. .

..I've talked to 3 plus doctors about it and they were clueless. . . !!!!
