I recommend taking the ginkgo by capsule. IT commonly takes 4 to 6 weeks to feel

the herbs affect, and in some cases 12 weeks, so be aware of that. In rare cases

gingko may cause irritability, restlessness, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. I

atribite this to a cleansing effect so these symptoms are generally transitory.

Ginkgo generally works best if taken several times during the day, smaller

doses, two or three times a day.Just as a side, did you know that Ginkgo trees

have two sexes, male and female? The nuts of the female treee are highly prized

in China and Japan.

Ear candles were developed by the Ancient Egyptians and do work

wonderfully. I do them about every three months, for general maintenance. They

work on the principal of suction. They are about 10 inches long, and in the

shape of a cone. You light the big end, and stick the small end in the ear. Let

is burn down to about 4 inches. YOu will be amazed at the amount of wax you will

extract. If this is your first time I would reccomment at least 5 per ear. I buy

them for about 1.75 apeice, but I think there are small companies on the

internet that sell them cheaper. A good health food store should have them. MARK

Do you recommend the gingo by capsule or tea?

I've never heard of ear candles though I do understand the

importance of cleaning the ears properly. I'd love to hear more

about them.

Thanks,
