Guest guest
With all due respect Roger, you are way off base. I am not young, I am over 50, and I have been doing this for a long time, over 20 years in fact with over 30 years of study. IF you went to a lawyer would you want one that wasn't sure of himself, or one that knew what he was doing and was confident? Most people simply do not know enought to know what they don't know. The more you study the more you realize what you don't know. I never said never go to a doctor, nor did I say always go to a Doctor, nor have I argued extremes read the texts again. Roger Kimble <rzk357 wrote:Mark, with all respect, I think you are showing your youth and lack of long time experience. Why? You are way too sure of yourself and everything you say. Only the very young, or the very inexperienced are ever that sure of themselves or anything. The saddest part is, both of you are right in your own ways, if not carried to the extremes you both persist in arguing. I am an old man, have seen lots of illness, both in myself and my family. I have been thoroughly disgusted with the med profession many times. They were less than useless. At other times, for other illnesses, they, outside of God, were the only answers. All of the roots, herbs, and exercises in the world would not have helped. Why don't both of you, and BTW, my IQ is higher than one of you, lower than the other, give some thought and reason to what you are saying. Never go to a doctor? Not just foolish, but plain stupid. Always go to a doctor for every complaint? Equally stupid. But, I will say this; you both have me laughing. Thank you. YOur comments once again validate the old saying.... it is better to keep your mouth closed and have people think you are a fool, then to open it and remove all doubt.Your ignorance is astounding. Inquiry implies that one is searching, what if one has already searched and found the answer, should he/she then be forced to recant their knowledge or keep their mouth closed just because you are not up to speed, or because you seem to have some misguided hatred for those you do? Could I not then share that information with others? Taking licorice root over a prolonged period (6 weeks)or more can in fact alarmingly raise blood pressure, and if the person already has high blood pressure can in fact kill them, and yes there have been people who have died as a result. IF you were more knowledgeable you would have known that, which proves my point once again. IF you just blindly suggest this method of cure to someone, and they happen to follow your advice and neither one of you knew that, it could in fact kill someone. This is only one example. IT takes a great deal of skill to understnad the human body and to know what it needs to heal itself, and I am not talking about doctors.I am sorry but I never thought I would say this to another human being, you are a waste of my time and energy. Enjoy your ignorance and your station in life, you seem to be so happy with it!!! , as <glkbreeze> wrote: > > > Let's see?
