You need to be careful with tinnitus. A good herb for tinnitius is Gingo Biloba,

also good for macular degeneration which often occurs also with tinnitus.

I am left with only one reply to that -- " Wow " .

Let us know how it goes.

Yes. that much I am sure of. It's the cause I'm after. I have

tried a few homeopathic remedies but they didn't work. If the

yeast really is the cause than the remedies I tried wouldn't

have worked b/c they weren't indicated for that problem.

I am interested since I was left with it after a bad respiratory

I've never heard of anyone getting it from an infection but it

does make sense. Several years ago I started suffering from

vertigo - really badly too. Days when I thought standing up and

standing still was hard. I recovered and have had 2 small

relapses since. That's when I noticed a small sort of annoying

sound. I thought it was from the noise my central air

conditioner in my old apartment made. I had just stopped

working and was home all day. I thought the increased exposure

was the problem. So I didn't use AC and opened all the windows

and was pretty uncomfortable and hot but it didn't solve the

trouble.

I looked into Meniere's disease which has troubles with vertigo,

nausea and tinnitus symptoms. The doctors gave me a

prescription to deal with the vertigo and said the ear troubles

are something that we learn to deal with. Not one of them could

tell me where the Meniere's disease would have come from. Just

very vague references to " viruses " .

This past year it has gotten worse. I'm now looking at my diet.

do I get all the nutrients I need? What sort of things could I

be missing? Begining to read about herbal remedies too. It was

only when I had a consultation and was given a checklist on

Candida did it go " click " . I scored really, really badly on

this checklist. I know this wasn't an objective test measure

but still.... Too many things that periodically bug me that I

never thought of as related were all on this same checklist?

That's when I made the choice to focus on my digestive system

and here we are. I'm really hoping that this will work. I

never thought to look into something to help with the sugar

cravings. It's day 1 and I've already had thoughts like " some

crackers would be great right now " . BUT...there was a Boston

creme donut in the fridge and I didn't eat it :)

Thanks for the support Eloise. Good luck with your endeavors.
