Guest guest
Hi Barb, Thank you for your response. Do you know the brand name of the soups and salad dressings you mentioned here? We have a health food store here, but they weren't sure what I was talking about. Sincerely, Karri In a message dated 1/4/2005 5:30:25 A.M. They could easily be made with a little less water, to use for a topping. In fact, I make the cream of cauliflower soup, and pour it over steamed broccoli, and top it with a whole food seed and nut mix with garlic flavoring. It is delicious, and you have a totally whole food meal. I also make a whole food green bean casserole. I steam the green beans, use the whole food Creamy Mushroom soup, and top it with the nut mix. I don't see why you couldn't do the same with potatoes. I also use all natural, whole food salad dressings. I have never had salads taste so good. I will never use a bottled dressing again.
