Now in my experience and only my personal opinion. As moderator I would keep the discussion focused on the theme of the site. I moderate all new members and ban those selling something. I allow all opinions, when a gross error appears I cite a place to obtain better info and suggest what that may be. Example: The " red meat " comment!---------this is my signal to know how well a writer has studied the subject. Any comment that disparages red meat in general shows that the writer is merely " parrrottring " the " popular wisdom " and therefor in danger of repeating bad information. Sugar and flour are bad stuff. Overcooked meat of any color is bad: But it takes a lot of readiing/research to discover that one.
