Guest guest
My recent post, " handy cleanses " , has a gallbladder cleanse. Also, drinking apple juice will soften the stones and could bring temporary relief. http://www.curezone.com has a lot of discussion about gallbladder cleanses as well as pictures and testimonials. Patients have avoided needing surgery by doing the cleanse, and it overall improves one's health and energy level. You can do the cleanse whether you know you have gallstones, or not. It turns out we almost all have gallstones. Also, http://www.mercola.com has information about problems with unnecessary gallbladder surgeries. Use his google search engine. Some people resist going on an apple juice fast, but it's really easy and doesn't take a lot of will power. Gallbladder Cleanse (from Lee DuBelle Lecture) Total Cost: Approximately $15- Purchase 3 gallons unsweetened, filtered apple juice 3 gallons distilled water The juice takes the sharpness out of the stones so they can pass easily out of the body. Note: The instructions recommend doing an enema but this may not be necessary if your system is working well. I would not let this be an obstacle to doing the cleanse. Fast 3 days on apple juice, grape, or grape/apple juice (unsweetened) Every night take an enema 3rd night-take 3rd enema Get prepared for bed Shake together ½ c oil (peanut oil best) cold pressed oil (chilled tastes best) and ¼ c fresh squeezed lemon juice Drink quickly to avoid taste Lay on right side with 2 pillows under right hip as long as possible Will fee nausea after several hours (You might actually feel the stones painlessly popping out of your gallbladder.) In the morning the gallstones will come out when the bowels move Light green color-newest Black-oldest Rebuild back to a normal diet slowly over the next few days Continue to take enemas 2-3 days after taking the oil. You will not feel hungry because the apple juice has a lot of calories. Rinse your teeth to keep the sweetness from possibly causing cavities.
