Guest guest Posted January 4, 2005 Report Share Posted January 4, 2005 I am on the last day of a 3 day fast. This is the first time I've ever fast. I am using apple juice diluted with water. It as been amazing easier than I anticipated. My question is, once I end my fast tomorrow morning, what would be the best foods to introduce into my body to promote continual benefits to my digestive track, liver, kidneys etc. I was thinking a small amount of homemade saure kraut, for the fermintation enzymes, live cultured yogoart. . am I on the right track.
