I have seen people squeeze a fresh lemon on their salad, and have considered trying that, but does anyone know of fruits/vegetables to blend that could be poured over a salad for a dressing? Avocado? Also, something similar blended to use on baked potatoes or any other toppings that might make it less dry and more palatable? Hi Karri, I get these cups of soups that are all natural, and whole food - they have between 23 and 29 whole foods in each soup - and I add water to prepare them. They could easily be made with a little less water, to use for a topping. In fact, I make the cream of cauliflower soup, and pour it over steamed broccoli, and top it with a whole food seed and nut mix with garlic flavoring. It is delicious, and you have a totally whole food meal. I also make a whole food green bean casserole. I steam the green beans, use the whole food Creamy Mushroom soup, and top it with the nut mix. I don't see why you couldn't do the same with potatoes. I also use all natural, whole food salad dressings. I have never had salads taste so good. I will never use a bottled dressing again.
