Guest guest
The general recommendation made by the network of doctors that I work with is 9 ounces of red meat a week, though using reflex muscle testing, the specific amount for an individual can be determined. The preferred red meat would be natural, grass-fed, without hormones and antibiotics. Avoiding too many processed foods is preferred. Eating raw whole food fruits and vegetables and red meat as the base of the diet is preferred. Completely avoiding processed foods, though, in my opinion, sets you up for problems. You have to be able to live in the real world, and total avoidance of foods reduces your tolerance to them. If you stick completely to a raw food diet for an extended period of time and then eat something outside the diet, your body will almost definitely will let you know it is not happy with you. Also, remember the water is a very important part of your diet as well. Hope that information is what you were looking for. Kat The all-new My - Get yours free!
