I always thought the problem with red meat is the huge amount eaten at once and the fact that it is often coupled with starches. Add that to eating late and it would be hard on your digestion. Maybe the bigger point here is to be sure the red meat you eat was once grain fed and not medicated? Just thought it might help Steph if we discuss these things b/c she mentioned her family " not suffering " and having their luxury things to eat. dawne Send holiday email and support a worthy cause.
