WHen I first responded to this post, I was so caught up in the fact

that you believed you had to eat meat to live healthy, that I forgot

to mention a few facts to you about methionine. I do not know who

sally fallon is, nor is her information correct, and if that is

where you are getting your data, no wonder you believe that way!!

Methionine a sulfur based amino acid, it is bio-available from many

sources. Nuts, seeds, onions etc. IT is the sulfuric acid in onions

that makes you cry!!! Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, etc all

have goodly amounts of methionine. In fact in the animal kingdon,

since you seem to be stuck on eating meat, therre are many other

animals that have more methionine than beef, Look to seafood if you

feel you must eat animals for the methionine. While methionine is

important in liver detoxification, what you should be more worried

about are your glutathione levels. These can be raised quite nicely

with milk thistle. WITH LOVE MARK
