Why is it your belief that a toxic liver is the cause of a migraine? What

scientific facts do you have that I have overlooked!!!!!

It is my belief that a true migraine (starts on the

sides of the head) is related to the liver being

toxic. The liver needs protein to process toxins and

methionine is one of the major proteins it uses. The

only good bioavailable sources of methionine in the

diet are fresh (less than 24 hours off the tree)

In my opinion, with the high carbohydrate diets most

Americans eat, most " migraines " are actually " sugar "

headaches. Increasing the red meat in the diet helps

of sugar, helping keep you from losing control of your

sugar metabolism and from getting " sugar headaches. "

 

If you keep your base diet red meat, fresh fruits,

fresh vegetables and lots of plain water, that allows

you to live in our world and eat some of the other

less quality foods and deal with other environmental

exposures without causing the liver toxicity that

brings on the migraines.
