Read Sally Fallon's " Nourishing Traditions " - you'll

see that there is a very good explanation of what

nutrients the body needs and why there. There are two

bioavailable sources of methionine in the diet - red

meat and fresh (less than 24 hours off the tree

coconut). Methionine is a protein needed for proper

breakdown of other proteins and foods.

 

EI is not your typical " allergy. " EI is every cell in

the body being toxic. EI is the liver severely

compromised. EI is not a compromised immune system

but an overreactive one.

 

With TBM and NH muscle reflex testing and acupressure

are used to find and fix communication issues within

the body. There is a technique for checking with the

liver to find out if the body needs red meat, and if

so how much and how often it needs it. As our

ancestors ate red meat, and it was a year-round source

of protein, the human body basically " married " itself

to the red meat. It takes 11-12 generations for the

body to learn to properly utilize new foods. Whether

you feel it now or many years down the road, if your

body needs the red meat and you do not give it to it,

eventually lack of it will cause systems to break down

and cause illness.

 

A friend of mine was vegetarian for 18 years, and

after two years back on red meat, last time I talked

with her, was still having a lot of issues related to

her preivous vegetarianism.

 

Another friend had previously had a gastric bypass.

She was suffering from severe fatigue and other health

issues. She had been told she couldn't eat red meat

after the stomach stapling. When she started to eat

steak and other red meat again, she immediately

started to notice increases in energy and overall

health. If she goes too long without it, she begins

to lag again.

 

I stand by my statement. If your body is not built to

live as a vegetarian, your liver is compromised to

some extent by eating vegetarian, and the longer you

stay off the red meat the more compromised the body

becomes.
