Hi Steph...

Ok, let me preface this by saying I do not have access to all of my

homeopathic literature at this very moment...

But several things stand out... For pain in the head and foot that

is pounding, for ear complaints, and dizziness, and headaches in

general one of the main homeopathic remedies to consider is

Belladonna... If you can find a health food store near you, they

should sell homeopathic remedies, tell them that you want Belladonna

30c... They should understand what that means... Basically the

numbers and letters after the remedy determine how strong the remedy

is...

Take it as needed when in pain, and take it a couple times a day when

not in pain, just to really get it in the system... As the pain

diminishes, begin to gradually stop the remedy. Consider a private

consultation with me... Email me privately for more information.

Now for the diet, I know the high protein diet is all the rage, but

geesh, that is just too much for the liver and kidneys to handle...

Eat lots of alkanizing fruits and veggies, and a lot of them raw...

Start juicing... Makes for a quick and energizing breakfast, or

quick pick me up snack during the day... Get your kids hooked on

fruits and veggies at this yound age. Look into living foods... An

ounce of wheatgrass a day would be a wonderful start- it is the

equivalent of 2 and a 1/2 pounds of fresh veggies... So lots of

nutrition and living enzymes to nurish and begin to heal the body..

As your system becomes less toxic, consider moving up to 2 ounces a

day, perhaps even twice a day... To do this you might need to learn

how to grow and juice it yourself... Learn how to grow other living

foods, like alfalfa sprouts, sunflower greens or buckwheat greens...

Get your kids involved, they will have a blast eating what they grew

themselves... You can use the search function in our message

archives for this information. Cut back on so much animal

protein... And we have members here who are extremely knowledgable

about living and raw foods, and I know they will have a lot to

share...

And water, water, water!! Drink 2 to 3 glasses of water first thing

in the morning to flush your digestive track to help it clear all the

junk it has been trying to process at night... Again, in the midst

of the headache pain drink 2 to 3 glasses of water... This is

supposed to quickly help such pain... And drink a gallon throughout

the day... If you don't like the taste of water, add lemon... Or

take a fruit juice you do like- preferably one you juiced yourself,

and keep diluting it more and more with water as time goes by until

you can wean yourself off the juice, and enjoy water for the sake of

water.

On top of all of this, if you like, consider getting a massage...

Chiropractic is lovely with massage, and visca versa... The muscles

can pull on the bones and pull them out of place, or you can have the

bones out of place and pulling on the muscles... Cranio-sacral, or

if your fortunate enough to have Core Synchronization in your area,

will work to restore the balance of the cerebral spinal fluid, your

cranial bones and even the lobes of the brain to restore balance and

harmony... And it might even be possible to find a massage therapist

who does all these modalities together in one session, so it keeps

the cost down...

Then if you just need a little relaxation considering the hectic pace

you keep, look into yoga- it can range from simple stretching

exercises, to really intense postures, to the spiritual side

incorporated, or not... Many, many types to investigate and

explore...

So lots and lots of options...

That's a good start, let us know how you do...

and over the top front part of my head from temple to temple. It is

always pounding as if I was beaten in the head with a bat. I do get

nauseaus with them but no vomiting. My ears also get muffled like and

feel like they need to be popped. Sometimes it also feels like I have

a screwdriver in my ear. Not everyone but once in a while I wll get

dizzy and feel as if I'm going to pass out. My mood while having the

migraine is somber and tired and I can't keep up with the kids. I

just want to go to bed but can't until all my kids are in bed. The

only way they get better is if I sleep and they usually are still

there in the am but very slight and more annoying then painful. Then

as the day goes on they get worse. Light always makes the pain worse.
