Guest guest
Anthocyanidins do many things in the body, and this information for the informed is not new. They also protect blood vessel walls, and prevent leakage, thus helping with varicose veins. Because of this, they also prevent macular degeneration. These powerful colorants are also available in bilberries( where they are strongest) blueberries, purple grapes, eggplant, and other fruits and vegetables with " deep " coloring. A form of anthocyanidins known as procanthocyanidins can also be found in grape seeds and pine bark. Grape seeds being over 50 times more potent then pine bark. Good grapes to eat would be the red globe giving you both types of antioxidants, and concord grapes. WITH LOVE MARK " Misty L. Trepke " <mistytrepke wrote: Comments? Misty L.
