Hi Eloise,

 

I live near Buffalo, NY. We get the lake effect snow storms all the time

(off of Lake Ontario) - really cools us down. A couple years ago we had 7

feet of snow in a week. But it's also wonderful in the summer time when we

get the cooling breezes off the lake.

Hi Carol...

Maybe just try sitting by the window a little more in the warmest part of

the day....I say that because right now I feel cold .air from the window by

the computer.....We're just not used to temps this low in

Louisiana............I have a friend who uses the light box for SAD and it

seems to help her........

Just get more than enough on those days that you can get outside....where do

you live?
