Making your own date sugar

Hello dear friends who want to become younger,

Whether you are on a raw food diet or not, dates are extremely

nutritious as we discussed the other day. Date sugar is something

that is sold in the stores at enormously high prices, but you can

make yourself for next to nothing. They will add lots of flavor to

whatever you are doing. I make my own and you can too. Here is

how.....

Commercial date sugar is made this very same way only, baked in

ovens at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes, which destroys the

nutritive value of the sugar.Open dates, take out the pit,and spread

them out on a dehydrator. Now dry on about 105 degrees for about 2

days, until they are rock hard. You do not need expensive dates for

this, so use whatever dates are the cheapest at the time. Barhi

dates are good for this. When the dates are rock hard, put them in a

food processor and pulse until they are in a powder form. The live

enzymes will still be there, with all the flavor. Sprinkle of

whatever you want sweetness and that wonderful date taste to be in.

Quite simple actually. One cup of dates will yield about 8 ounces of

date sugar.

I wish you love and peace this day and always, and please

create for yourself a beautiful day!! WITH LOVE MARK
