I agree with what else I've read here when it comes to

the water. That is a big, big issue. A dehydration

headache can mimic any other headache.

Where the headache begins gives a big clue to what is

causing it and how to get rid of it.

If it starts at the top of the head, it is probably a

hormone issue causing it.

If it starts behind the eyes, it's probably a

sugar-related headache. You probably need to work on

adjusting your diet, increase red meat intake,

decrease processed carbs and grains.

If it starts in the forehead, it is probably related

to digestion - you ate something your body is having

difficulty with. Keep a diary of your diet and

headaches, see what may be causing it.

If it starts on the sides of the head, it is probably

related to liver (migraines are liver). The liver is

responsible for detoxifying the body. If you've

overloaded it, you'll get a migraine.

If it starts in the back of the head or base of the

skull it is probably stress or structural. Do stress

reduction and relaxation techniques to help clear it.

Dehydration can cause any one of those headaches.

With the disciplines I use in Total Body Modification

and Natural Healing, there are organ points and

stimulation points that will help reset the liver,

hormones, digestive issues, etc., which I find work

great for immediate relief of the headaches. But like

I said, lack of enough water (and red meat - liver

needs methionine) can compromise the liver, hormones,

etc., and be the true underlying cause of many of the

headaches.
