Dear Dave...

Headaches are often times associated with issues of digestion... The easiest

thing for me to suggest is to drink at least a quart to have a 1/2 a gallon of

water upon first waking... Follow with another gallon of water through out the

day.

Do this for a week, if there is still migraine symptoms please let us know, and

I would be glad to go over the homeopathic process with you- which would require

great attention to the symtpoms- what make them better, what makes them worse,

where the headaches occur in the head, is their fever or chills with the pain,

any nausea or vision disturbances, etc.

Homeopathy though more complicated is valuable in the fact that it will address

your systems both physically and mentally and is tailored specificially to your

unique and individual symptoms. And because you are addressing them on the

energetic level you can actually bring the body back into balance rather than

having to take " things " the rest of your life.

Best Wishes,

Misty

I occasionally get migrane headaches and find myself depending on

aspirin, acetaminophen, or ibuprofen to help take the pain away. Is

there a natural medicine that can relieve headaches? After doing

more reasearch on aspirin (and others) the long term side affects are

what concerns me the most. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Dave
