Hygienic Cook Book Link

Earlier I omitted the link for purchasing the Hygienic

Cook Book. Much of this book was written over a

hundred years ago, and it contains a wealth of

practical advice, health related wisdom, and healthy

recipes.

 

The below link is to a website which sells the cook

book.

 

I added the book reference to the bottom of an excerpt

from a notmilk newsletter article which referred to

one of its authors, so if anyone wanted to get the

book, they would know where to find it.
