Guest guest
Dear Ernie... If you think it is ALL due to old age, then that is your choice to believe... And I am not disagreeing that a lifetime of abusing the pancrease will not have a horrible effect for the body... But I would like to keep open the option that the body will heal itself under the right holistic circumstances, and so our efforts should be to find those circumstances and act upon them... Or have we gotten to the point that we really no longer believe the body can't heal itself without the assistance of the Gods of Medicine on high? If it is not sanctioned by the pharmacuetical companies and their cronies, that it is not " real " medicine. Herbs, homeopathy, and the like is ok for a broken arm, but for a broken pancrease, the laws of natural medicine don't reach there? And I am talking about healing and maintaining the health of the pancrease- not jumping into some sugar binge after the transformation is " done " . Genuine healing. Which unfortunately does not happen when " real? " pharmaeuctical medications are taken, they are only meant to manage symptoms, not cure. So of course when you go off them horrible things happen, because there was no real shifting of the health of the person, only a slight of hand magic trick to make you think you regained some level of health. " Health? " that you have to buy from the Gods of Medicine on High each month to stay alive or face the gruesome consequences you described. Is this really what we want to call a cure? This is exactly to the core of what I want this group to be about. Can we keep an open mind and at least ask, " are there other options? " Then for those self-empowered enough, " can we search for these alternative options? " And who knows what amazing things we just might find.... Best Wishes, Misty http://www..com ps- Perhaps the opening page of S-A will make more sense now... > Dear Misty, > > > > > > I'll be the first in line to say " cure " when medical science uses stem cell > research to cure diabetes or when through some other effort a 75 year old > person is transformed to age 18 year old forever. Diabetes is a product of > aging. So that when you can cure or reverse and maintain (stop) aging > forever, I'll accept cure the same for diabetes. > >
