Guest guest
Ann, I love tea tree oil, but it does nothing for some types of dandruff. Personally, I have more luck with nettle and peppermint. Some people use lavender as well, but I have not tried it. He's triedthe Nature's Gate Tea-tree oil shampoo but it hasn't helped at all. Wouldapplying straight tea tree oil to his scalp be of more help? Or doesanybody have any other suggestions? Thanks,AnnY! Guest guest
I found a recipe for dandruff a long time ago, and it has worked wonders for me. Take 4 peppermint tea bags and steep them in a small pan of water. Mix that with a small bottle of apple cider vinegar. Pour a little bit of this mixture into a sinkful of water and rinse after shampooing. Do not rinse out. Gives your scalp a fresh tingly feeling and the dandruff is a thing of the past. Thanks for all the wonderful information Misty. Joan , " Misty L. Trepke " <mistytrepke> wrote: > > Comments? > Misty L.
