I haven't really read them thoroughly. I will say one caution when working with sites and even books. Do NOT put Essential Oils directly on the skin - even if the website or book says so. You can become sensitized to that oil and the body will see it as foreign. Always dilute in a carrier [bath salts, carrier oils, scent free shower gel, etc.,] Most body products have some sort of carrier anyway so you'll be ok.
