I'd never thought about taking them daily, but then I have not really delved into serious study of them either......Mostly just aware of them and bought most of them to get started and was distracted and never pursued it seriously. You do not know how much I appreciate you and how wonderful it is to have someone you trust to be there to answer questions. Thank you so much.
