Guest guest
Hi Dawne, I hope you don't mind my two cents worth... Generally speaking with headaches: If it starts at the crown (top) of the head it is probably related to hormones (one kind of headache where you say, honey I need you). Sinus headaches are also almost 100% hormone-related. If it starts behind the eyes it is most likely from sugar (or carbs - the grains included here). Don't eat carbs without some kind of protein at the same time to help avoid that kind of headache - and watch the number of simple carbs you eat. If it starts across your forehead it is probably digestive related (you ate something your GI tract is having problems with). Possibly (but not always) tapping on the abdomen midway between the bottom of the sternum (breast bone) and the navel for 20-30 seconds may help that headache. If it starts on one side or the other (migraine) it is most likely liver. Water will help flush toxins. If it starts in the back of your head it is most likely stress-related. Meditate or do something to induce relaxation. Kat
