Hi Dawne...

Ok, I looked up HEAD, pain, weather, changes of; from:

and the leading remedies are Arsenicum, Bryonia, Calcarea Carb,

Calcarea phos, Carb-V, Nux M, Phos-ac, Phos, Psor, Ran-b, Rhod,

Rhust-t, Sil

When you consider the fatigue with it, the most likely remedies

become: Arsenicum, Calcarea Carb, Carb-v, Silicea

And Rhust-t because it was the leading remedy of all...

What would be helpful is to know more about what you experience, for

example if you got nauseous that would point to Ars or Nux M more

clearly... Or if the headache was worse when you moved that would

be Bryonia, compared to a headache that is worse by initial

movement, but made better by continued movement that would even more

strongly indicate Rhus tox...

The nutritional perspective should always be considered. The

homeopathic perspective is just the perfect opportunity to address

an imbalance in the body and correct it at a deeper level. For

example if you have muscle cramps and eat bananas- you should

experience less cramps- perhaps even eliminate them, but the

imbalance that led to the incorrect processessing of magnesium (or

other nutrients) in the body was never addressed, you just over-

compensated for the dysfunction. Whereas if you address the cramps

homeopathically with the homeopathic preparation of Mag Phos, (or

any other well indicated remedy) you should reduce and eliminate

cramps because the metabolism of those nutrients, and even deeper-

the organizing principle of the body was brought back into its

highest functioning and harmony possible. This is important not

only because it addresses the symptoms most completely, but also

addresses all other potential symptoms that are fully represented by

the indicated remedy.

For example, if you truly accept that the body, mind and emotions

work together, you will understand that a disfunction in one can

result in the disfunction of the others. For example, say it is

Rhus-T that is indicated. It is entirely possible that a Rhus-T

person will experience restlessness, to the point where they even

wake up at night and move to another room to sleep. Or an Arsenicum

person might very well be very critical, demanding, and fastidious

to the point of wanting to overly control their environment due to

deep anxiety. Or not even emotional, but other physical issues as

well. For example a Calc. Carb person might have issues with bones

and teeth, they are not as strong and sturdy as one would like, they

can also tend to be over weight and have difficulty with physical

exertion, especially with issues like getting winded from merely

climbing stairs. Not all of these other symptoms have to exist, but

by taking a homeopathic remedy not only are the symptoms in question

addressed, but all other aspects that fall under the domain of that

remedy can be addressed in the person as well...

I hope that helps... Please let me know if there is anything else

we can do to help you... And of course, how you are doing...

Best Wishes,
