Guest guest
Dear Kathy... Thank you for your thoughts... I knew this posting would spark some interest! Call me crazy, but it has been a little quiet lately. I am not sold one way or another... Having tried the lifestyle, I noticed that I did feel better, but I was not vegan- I did take in milk, cheese, eggs, etc. Despite feeling better on it, those cravings for meat do tend to take over (is that the body expressing a need, or more of a symptomology?)... And afterwards, I do feel worse for having eatten meat... So now I can not call myself vegetarian. Is that a good thing, I am not sure and I do wrestle with it... I was hoping this would lead to a discussion of many view points. Would others here care to share their thoughts, experiences? For those who did not do well (or who are doing well) on a veggie diet, which foods did you tend to eat more of? For example, a vegetarian who mainly eats quesadillas is going to feel different than a live/raw food vegetarian who takens in lots of nutritious foods... At least, that is what I am thinking... More thoughts anyone? Be Well, Misty L. Both tell me they never would have listened to anyone while they were sold on vegetarianism, but now wish they had not been. Mail - You care about security. So do we.
