Comparative Anatomy of Eating- Were We Meant to Be Vegetarian?

Simply speaking from my own experience, I have at this

point run into two people who swore by vegetarian

diets for many years (17-18) and who now suffer

because of that dedication. Both tell me they never

would have listened to anyone while they were sold on

vegetarianism, but now wish they had not been.

I do not know all the health issues one of them, who

has been back on meat for the last 2-3 years, has that

are related to her vegetarianism. The other one,

however, came to me with environmental illness (EI),

which started about three to four years ago. She

began having major meat craving when she came into

environmental illness and has gone back onto meat now.

Man is unique unto himself. Trying to apply what you

see in other animals to us can be wrought with

confusion and misinformation.

Having seen my daughter go through EI, and having seen

others with EI and what they go through, knowing that

the liver having problems is highly involved in EI,

and know as I do (whether anyone else here knows it or

not) that the liver requires red meat to properly do

its many jobs, I will remain an omnivore. Having my

daughter back on red meat, large amounts of water,

fresh fruits and vegetables, and having found a

discipline which has helped her out of the EI

nightmare, I know she too will never be anything other

than an omnivore.
