I wouldn't be so outraged. But that isn't the

case. Dietary changes and targeted nutritional supplements have been

shown time and time again to effectively and safely lower

cholesterol.

Hello Julian Whitaker MD,

Hi I just joined the group. My name is Mark Sircus and I am the director of the

IMVA - the International Medical Veritas Association whose very purpose is to

deal with the out and out outrages that the pharmaceutical companies, the

government (FDA and CDC), and the major medical associations, and local medical

boards are sponsoring. This week we began publishing the first part of a series

on iatrogenic death and disease and mercury poisoning and I would like to

publish that here if that is ok.

As far as the specific subject above, what I see so few doctors talking or even

thinking about in reference to heart disease is the consequence of poor

emotional intelligence or the lack of what I call heart intelligence. Yes of

course nutrition is crucial to health and to the heart, and so is exercise. But

so is heart intelligence. For every step we take away from the vulnerability of

the heart, from our true feelings we pay a price in that eternally beating

muscle. Denial and repression of any and all kinds puts a kind of pressure on

the heart greater than any I know. I have written a lot about this and am open

to share about this also. In fact I wrote a book called HeartHealth - and define

the heart as the vulnerability of being.

Ok so hows that for an introduction? :-)))
