Hi Nil,

 

This is simple, sounds silly, but works. When you go

out into the sun and you begin to feel hot, rub the

sides of your head - the temples beside your eyes -

for 20-30 seconds. That adjusts your thalamus, which

will help a lot in keeping you from being too hot or

too cold. Try it and see what I mean.
