Thanks. I do not want or need any running debate

-although I think that at times it is good for others.

People are free do drink milk or not. I am sure there

are people lived well over a hundred who did so. Like

the guy at a 110 who drank wiskey and smoked daily.

Its just in today's world I believe it is a greater

risk. And yes how in the hell would we make anything

without milk as an ingredient. And you have not

argument with me that 'unpasturized' milk is way more

good for you that the 'commercial' stuff. Gee, been

their, done that. Yet today with all the chemicals

-antibacterials en all - we have virtually destroyed

our immune systems to the point of being receptive to

every little thing that comes along. And I know you

understand this and that you want people to wake up -

otherwise you would not even have this group. So just

take my statements in stride. I do get carried away.

But I also want some of your group to say what they

believe and found to be true from their own personal

experience and make this a successful group of

important information.

See I used to keep my thoughts to myself. Not any

more - I have nothing to lose any more. I have lost

it all. Perhaps 10 years from now I won't even be

here. So who cares what I say. If people don't like

what I say - hey, thats okay with me. BUT I have a

responsibility to tell people what I have learned -I

hope I can do it in a way they will listen.

Joe,

Not only that, but it also causes arthritis and osteoporosis. I proved

that one to myself after I eliminated all dairy and my bone density scan

improved a lot!!
