Guest guest
Dear Joseph... Thank you for your thoughts... Let's take a breath for a second... I don't want you to perceive this as a debate... It isn't... Who am I to say, to drink milk or not? I was just pining out loud if you will for the days when if you wanted to drink fresh, raw milk, it was available... And I completely understand your arguement that we are the only animals that drink another animals milk... I personally avoided milk for many years because of just that sentiment... I also became acquanited with (now understand- acquainted, not a master of) Indian cooking... Milk is highly regarded, but it is used wisely, like in ghee, yoghurt, paneer - cheese... So for me, myself, and I alone, I would like to drink and cook with fresh, raw milk... Which again is a mute point, since I don't own a cow or goat... Please understand I don't want this to be a running debate... If you would like to post articles, etc., on the dangers of milk you are more than welcomed to...
