Guest guest Posted August 4, 2004 Report Share Posted August 4, 2004 My dietitian recommends 20 minutes a day of sun on our eyes - without glasses/sunglasses, windows or windscreens obstructing the rays. Dont stare directly into the sun - that is harmful.
