Guest guest
Hi Ron... Have you ever tried it? Myself, I have not done sungazing, but it is something I would like to try... I had a friend who was into the Bates method, and Meir Schneider's eye techniques, and he recommended you start by gazing at the sun at sunset or sunrise... Guess build up to it... I just know the difference I feel when I wear sunglasses- which I haven't now for a decade+... Because it kinda makes me feel unreal or not connected well to what is around me... And once when I was in the habit of it, it hurt to not wear them... So thought it best to just let my eyes adjust to the real thing... Perhaps this can spark a discussion with someone else on the group who does have more experience with this... As to sunbathing your lower midrift, the closest a human can get to bringing in the sun's energy to that part of the body, well, I will leave that to you to work something out! I really question that! " CANCER OF THE BREAST, PROSTATE, REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS & COLON ARE CAUSED BY NOT EXPOSING THESE VITAL ORGANS TO THE SUN & AIR " And I'd like to know how I can expose my prostate and colon to the sun lol.
