Sunbathing/Sungazing Good For Health

This is all great butI do have to question a few

things such as:

SUNLIGHT WILL HELP HEAL YOUR EYES

 

" Gazing directly into the sun actually improves sight

and aids in

overcoming disease,, " wrote Dr. Herbert Shelton.

 

I really question that!

 

" CANCER OF THE BREAST, PROSTATE, REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS &

COLON ARE

CAUSED BY NOT EXPOSING THESE VITAL ORGANS TO THE SUN &

AIR "

 

And I'd like to know how I can expose my prostate and

colon to the sun lol.
