Guest guest Posted July 30, 2004 Report Share Posted July 30, 2004 Well I heartily agree about the Vita-Mix. It is a high speed blender not a juicer. I had a Champion years ago. Maybe it was an exception but stringy stuff like spinach and celery would wrap around the grinder and I would have to stop to clear it. It was great for the other uses that you mentioned. The really good juicers are the slow speed ones that cost an arm and leg. Ron --- " Misty L.
