Guest guest
Hi Eloise... Yes, I do fully support sprouting... And beans are a good way to go... I like to sprout whole green peas, obviously split peas won't make it since they are cut up basically... I like to sprout them longer than most people... I like a long " tail " on them... Most people eat them just as soon as they have a little growth, but I like when the sprout forms what I call a tail for lack of a better word... I haven't tried sprouting all beans, but I am not aware of any bean that you should not sprout... If there is one, and anyone knows about it, please tell me... I use the beans I find in the bulk section of Wild Oats... So you want organic, non-genetically modified, and as little processed as possible... Like anything else... Does that help?
