Staying Healthy w/ Water - question

Hi everyone,

Was just talking with some friends last night about the need for

more pure water in our diets. One of them [the LEAST likely to

care about healthy eating] proclaimed that too much water was

" bad for you " . she said it flushes all the vitamins out of our

systems.

 

I, in my eloquence, said..... " HUH? " Still, it has me curious.

Why would she think such a thing? Could it be possibly true or

a real truth that has been distored?
