It has no sodium or msg but has other " flow " agents that i wouldn't want in

my body. You can buy pure potassium at most health food stores or

online - NOW has a relatively inexpensive one, no flow agents, pure

potassium. You can add a couple grains of rice after opening the container

to keep moisture from caking it. Inexpensive,a nd much better for you than

the chemacalized agents added to " no salt " . Joy
