And (if you can find it) cast iron is a good type of

cookware. My daughter actually has that set on the

link Kathryn put up, and she loves it. She was

dealing with environmental illness when she bought the

set, and she found it was one thing she could cook in

without having issues. Most stainless steel has

aluminum sandwiched in, and therefore you get it

outgassing into your food. That set I do not believe

has any aluminum in it.
