Guest guest
Hello, I have a question about cookware. One naturopath advised me years ago to only use Vision ware or Corning ware; another advised only Stainless Steel pots and pans that a magnet will stick to. This past week I was advised to no longer cook with Vision ware or Corning ware as they both contain Thallium that leaks from the glassware and it's highly toxic. Better to use Stainless. And only use Stainless that will attract a magnet. The more nickel in the steel, the less the attraction will be. Does anyone know if this statement is true? How can I find out? I do know that all Teflon (and its imitations), enamel and aluminum are absolute NOs. I eat a fair amount of raw, but seem to do better eating some cooked food. Advice please!!! What do you use and recommend? What is safe or safer? Many thanks, Meg
