Guest guest
Dear Melanie, I use it to help me rest more soundly and I attest this to the fact that my circulation is working better with the oil. Blood is nourishment to every organ and cell and that nourishment brings with it a feeling that all is well. That is calming which brings relief to the mind/emotions. Voile! Better sleep. Better dreams. Use the oil on the bottom of your feet, really working it especially into the big toe area. In Reflexology the big toe represents the head and the arch represents the spine. You're whole body will appreciate the bit of massage that you give your feet which, again, brings ease and relief to every part of your body. Again, better sleep. I tell my clients that regular self-massage on the feet can work miracles when done regularly. Watching television is a great time to just 'rub' the feet and ankles. If you find a sore spot, just massage it gently. It you want to learn more about what part of the foot relates to what part of your body check out books on Reflexology. Many of them give " maps " and you might find that those parts of your body that have been sore, or had dis-ease of any kind, relate totally to that soreness on the foot. I see this stuff, along with the oils, as all tools of self empowerment, enhancing our knowing that we can take care of ourselves more and more. Blessings on you and yours, Best Holidays to you! Just one more question, when you say it is a stimulant for circulatory probs, since I'd be using it at night for sleeping, I wouldn't find it too stimulating for that, would I? Hope you can reassure me on that - thanks! Tracy, sorry to hear you've been a bit poorly, hope you feel better soon, maybe taking a break will do a bit of good. All the Best to Everyone Melanie
Guest guest
A big thanks to all the people who have given useful advice - Misty, Annie, Carol, Jan and unnamed person who first offered the advice on the organic aloe Vera juice. I have forwarded all the advice to my sister. She is a great believer in natural treatments as well. This reversal operation is apparently quite new in UK - only 300 patients. The pain is VERY BAD!! and the raw gastric juices make it more painful to go to the toilet.
