Guest guest
Dear Eloise, Thank you for your contribution... Success is success!! I am glad that everything worked out so well.... Another tool to add to our bag of tricks... As far as not having worked with homeopathy yet, you are working with a close relative- Bach Flower Remedies. They are both energetic in nature, and are chosen based on the specific symptoms present. While BFR are devoted to mental/emotional states, homeopathy also takes into account the more physical symptoms, and is a little more exacting because of the greater range of mental, physical and emotional symptoms to distinguish from. And generally there is little choice in potency with BFR, whereas homeopathy there is greater variety. But the principles are the same. So should you decide to expand into homeopathy, I think you will feel right at home... Guest guest
I have heard low level laser therapy being able to prevent root canals-if you know anyone in your area that practices laser acupuncture...Also, evergreen makes a formula " herbal ABX " - for acute toxic heat infections... Guest guest
Nicole- I've tried and have conducted work with lasers in my acupuncture practice; with all due respect to the traditionalists of OM, I feel they'll be in wide use in the future, unless the FDA prohibits them. Guest guest
Hi... Please don't wait on something like this. I know this from experience. Here is what happened to me. I had a necrotic tooth. So the dentist performed a root canal. After the tooth bad become abcessed. Well aparently...if not done properly and even if so...its like capping a volcano. When the abcess recurred....the dentist told me since it was such a big abcess it would take a while for it all to go away the recurrance was normal. AND I was foolish enough to believe him. This abcess recurred until I changed dentists and my new dentist told me this was NOT normal and she would not touch this tooth until I had seen an oral surgeon. To make a long story short. The oral surgeon had to surgically remove the abcess...and part of my surrounding jawbone...which left a hole in part of my palate and surrounding the tooth. It took about 6 months to grow back. But I never want to go through that nightmare again. Just the week with the stitches all over my mouth....was painful and miserable. Not to mention ...costly. $850.00 for the surgery. This is my opinion...and I know this is an alternative list but please...get it checked by a dentist. They can direct you from there. I would never want anyone to go through what I did. Good luck Best Wishes Rain
