Guest guest
Dear Jerry, Thank you for your insight... I do disagree that homeopathy does more than abort symptoms. It is about bringing the body back into balance through understanding the unified and unique symptom picture of the individual. While no doubt I am sure you worked with very good homeopaths, unfortunately/or fortunately, there can be great variety in how homeopaths work or even understand the nature of health and even homeopathy. Some health professionals when they see fever (or abcesses), immediately take steps to lower it, suppress it, believing the fever (or abcess)is the sickness, while others understand the fever (or abcess) is the body's way of healing, and under a watchful eye will support it. From the school of thought I was trained from, any expulsion of morbid matter, such as pus, is an expression of healing. Remedies are not used to stop that expression, but instead to allow it to express safely, less painfully, but ultimately more fully. So as you compare antibiotics to homeopathy both may appear to " abort symptoms " , but there is a huge difference between the two systems. I admit up front that you know volumes more about dental health than I do. I just know what I have experienced, and from the trust of years of working with my homeopathic teacher, and the incredible cases that I have been privy to learn from, that dental abcesses are not beyond the restorative reach of homeopathy.
