Ok, there is no " nice " way to say this... And honestly it sounds horrific, believe me I avoided it for years, but once I did it, it felt like heaven... Here it goes: take the narrow end of the pot and over a sink place it in your nose... Then tip the pot so the water will flow into your sinuses... Tilt back and allow water to follow it's course and exit from the other nostril... Do both nostrils at least twice... It feels so refreshing and invigorating!!! And way to go with the microwave!!!
