Guest guest
Hi Dawne... See if your health food store carries homeopathic remedies, the classical single kind... If so, try taking Nat. Mur. 30c frequently as needed. There are additional homoepathic remedies that can be use in conjunction with the nat. mur, but a clearer picture of the symptom picture is needed... Homeopathic remedies work with the whole person, body, mind and emotions. So it is not just about clearing the allergies, but instead bringing back to harmony the systemic imbalance that allowed the terrain for the allergies to thrive... As a homeopath I don't distinguish between allergies, sensitivities, etc... These are all man made and understood distinctions and labels. We try to put these things into boxes and label the box and say, well you have this... But what does that really tell us? When someone says they have the flu, does that mean they have the chills or a fever? That they are having respiratory problems, or perhaps digestive complaints? Are they anxious and irritable, or just wanting to sleep all day? Technically, we can say all of this is covered under " flu " , so what does that really tell us? As a homeopath, I am much more interested in what you, your unique self, is actually experiencing... Using those symptoms to be my guide in choosing remedies, not some artifical label. Nat. Mur. is indicated for sneezing, sinus congestion, and is a good place to start. Hope that helps, Misty ps- look into getting a neti pot for irrigating the sinuses, and drink more water, especially in the morning on an empty stomach. http://www..com , Just Dawne <justdawne> wrote: > Hello list, > I'm having a problem with my allergies.
